Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 12, 2008 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be a reconsideration of a previous motion regarding the Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) refinancing proposal.

A) Convene
B) Approval of County Fire Contract
C) Reconsideration of Motion regarding Approval of UTOPIA Refinancing
D) Adjournment
