A permit is required for all sheds and accessory buildings. A shed or accessory building less than 120 sq. ft. only requires a Zoning Review permit. All sheds and accessory buildings over 120 sq. ft. requires a Shed Permit. Setbacks from property lines and building separation requirements are determined by the zone in which the property is located. The requirements are provided with the permit application. The application may be downloaded below or acquired at the Development Services office located at 439 W. Utah Avenue.
