Pursuant to Section 19.9.14 of the Payson City Code, a fence permit must be obtained prior to the placement of any fence or wall. Regulations are in place to provide a standard for location, height, and material type. Accurate placement can avoid conflict with public utilties, reduce conflict between adjacent property owners, and enhance public safety.
Currently, there is no filing fee associated with obtaining a fence permit. An application may be downloaded below or acquired at the Development Services office located at 439 W. Utah Avenue. |
